Here's the camera I promised you. It uses new technology to take photos so we'll be able to focus on different areas of the shots even after you've taken them. I've tested it already. It works just fine. Let me know when you're done with it.

[Inside the box, Julien will find one of these rectangular cameras in red, with 16 GB of storage.]

We talked about this, but I never really thought it would happen. Not to him.

I didn't know him that well, but we went to undergrad together. And considering he's been running the clinic since before all this started, I don't think he'd go to the police. But be careful, anyway.

I was going to bring by a donation. I can stop over today.

I've known him almost since I moved here. A year ago in March. He wouldn't go to the police, he knows they'd shut LSR down and the clinic is his life.

Okay. Didn't know you knew him in college.

Ran into him right after the mines, he patched up my arm. I almost didn't recognize him. Small world, I guess.

Can I ask...does it seem like he lost time? Or is it just like everything's been normal the whole time? It's...possible it'll reverse, isn't it? It's happened before.

Yeah. Man there's things I'd usually want to ask... Maybe later. God, this sucks.

He acts like he did before this. I haven't spent long enough around him to know more, but he does act different. It's hard to say what it is, he's just idk colder.

Stands to reason, if he can't remember why you two became close. I'm sorry.

I'm just wondering if he'll remember meeting me again, or if that's just gone. It's not that important, but it's a detail that might help.

I don't know. When I was away for a while someone I met here called me and I knew her, but I thought I'd only met and talked to her normally. So maybe.

Hi Blaine. The apartment's fine. I think there were some issues with higher floors, but mostly it was only things-falling-off-walls here.

[Julien appears after a bit, a little rumpled-looking and in slippers but awake.]

Hey, Blaine. You weren't kidding! Here. Building key, apartment key, it's on the fourth floor. [They're on a ring.] When were you planning to start... moving stuff?

[She takes them and pockets them.]
